Above is the ultra sound photo from last week Nibbler was at 6 weeks! As of today I found out I was only one day off of my guess! Nibbler's due date is September 30th! I'll post the photo next time of course, (I haven't gotten a chance to go to the studio to scan in the new pics). The visit to the Dr today was amazing! We got to see little Nibblers heart beat and hear it too! It was absolutely amazing! Nibblers heart rate was about 103 and he/she was really shy. Ultra Sound (U/S) tech had a bit of an issue getting to the right spot :-) guess little one is already starting to take after DH. ( He doesn't like lots of people around, lol). My next appointment is in two weeks to have a sit down with the Dr. and go over any questions I may have... Who wouldn't have tons of questions? When do you set a birthing plan? Will I have access to a Midwife/Doula? Breast feeding? So, much to think about till then and so much research, lol. We then get to have another U/S two weeks after that... can't wait! So, How am I feeling? Well, I either nauseous or have indigestion... and have been having lots of issues with constipation. (What a lovely thought, right?) I though it was only in TX, but I guess it has followed me home. I'm starting to sleep better at night, but I pretty much sleep all the time now... I have been working the closing shifts at work, so I sleep in till 10 to Noon, get up grab a bite to eat and go back to bed till around 2 ish, then get up eat again and get ready for work. Ha, then I'm in bead again by midnight. I'm just a sleepy head by nature, but I have an excuse now, :-D.
Well, I also have been having issues with the glad or whatever it is in my right arm pit. I've had it since I was around 14 years old, had it checked out my a couple of Dr's ( and of course they've never found anything or any reason for it to be constantly swollen or hurting )... but, It has really been bothering my again recently. I can still lift and use my arm, but my clothes are starting to really bother me, even if they are loose. I've been wearing tank tops under all my clothing for extra boob support, but even those are bothering my arm pit. So, I have an appointment to have the lumps in my right breast and my arm pit checked again by U/S next week. I also learned today that the tissue in my underarm is breast tissue. I didn't know that... I will keep posted.
Other than that I'm amazingly happy... I have an outfit to start taking the pictures of my growing belly (I'm not showing yet and I still weigh in at about 139 lbs). JP and I were going to do the first photos a couple of days ago, but she got really sick and we've put it off again till next week. I'm so very excited to see how this project turns out.
Hum... what other things are going on?... (TX got an entire foot of snow yesterday!) Oh, DH and I have picked out the name for the possible girl! I'm not telling yet though! We have come no where near a name for a boy... I'm afraid that since I chose the girls name that He will probably get to choose the boy name, of course with approval. ( He approved the girl name :-D) Do we want a girl or a boy? Well, we both want a healthy baby no matter the out come. But, If you had asked me yesterday I would have blurted out BOY of course! But, today after we have the girl named picked out, I'm leaning toward a girl... it's just a little more simple, lol. I'm truly glad that God gets to decide this one... I don't think I could truly decided one way or the other. DH won't say one way or the other. And we have both been calling it a he... Well, just have to wait and see!
